Our aims

- Improve the quality of provision through feedback.
Formal complaints
If a concern cannot be resolved informally, a formal complaint may be made in writing, by email, or verbally where necessary. It should include the nature of the complaint, relevant dates or details, and the outcome being sought where appropriate.
